مصر تحتل المركز الأخير في سرعة الإنترنت على مستوى العالم

احتلت مصر المركز الأخير، في متوسط سرعة الإنترنت، في قائمة تضم 31 دولة، خلال تقرير موقع "We Are Social's"، عن الرقمية في 2016.

وأوضح التقرير، الذي عرض أداء الخدمات الرقمية العالمية فيما يقرب من 232 بلدا حول العالم، تم اختيار مصر ضمنهم، أن متوسط ​​سرعة اتصال الإنترنت في مصر للاتصال الثابت حوالي 1.7 ميجا بايت في الثانية.

وأشار التقرير، إلى أن مصر أكثر من 48 مليون مستخدم إنترنت نشط في مصر، من إجمالي عدد السكان البالغ 92.45 نسمة، بنسبة انتشار 52%، موضحا أن نسبة مستخدمي وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي وصلت لـ30%، في حين سجل الأشخاص الذين لديهم تواصل عبر الهواتف المحمولة نسبة 102%، حيث وصل عدد مستخدمي مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي النشطين عبر الهاتف المحمول حوالي 23 مليون نسمة.

وسجلت مصر نموا بنسبة 8% في عدد مستخدمي الإنترنت، بالإضافة إلى 43% من السكان لديهم اتصالات الجيل الثالث، ويستخدم 89% من السكان طرق الاشتراك المدفوعة مسبقا.

وتطرق التقرير، إلى أن سرعة الإنترنت في مصر كانت موضع نقاش في السنوات الأخيرة، حيث اشتكى المستهلكين من سرعة الإنترنت المنخفضة جدا، والتي تعد واحدة من أدنى المعدلات في العالم، وفقا للتقرير.

واحتلت كوريا الجنوبية المركز الأول بأعلى سرعة إنترنت تقدمها لمستخدميها، مع متوسط ​​20.5 ميجابايت في الثانية.

واختتم التقرير، بالإشارة إلى أنه يوجد ما يقرب من ثلاثة ونصف مليار مستخدم للإنترنت في العالم، والشرق الأوسط لديه وحده 128 مليون، مسجلا نسبة انتشار وصلت لـ53%، معتبرا أن الشرق الأوسط سجل نسبة هائلة بلغت 66% من تزايد التواصل الاجتماعي عبر المحمول منذ 2015.
